# Certificates

1. Navigate to Settings > Certificates.
2. Click on "New Certificate".
3. Provide a name for the certificate.
4. Upload the certificate as a DOCX file. *(See video below)*
5. Choose which courses need to be completed for the user to be eligible to receive the certificate.
